2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or registering for a program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are accessing the site on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have authority to bind them to these terms.
3. Service Description
Manee Aran provides in-person financial education programs in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Our three core programs are Credit Score Understanding, Provident Fund Optimization, and Couples Financial Alignment. Each program is described in detail on our website and in the enrolment confirmation shared with participants.
Programs are delivered at our premises at 92 Phra Sing Road, Mueang, Chiang Mai, unless alternative arrangements are communicated in writing. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions where circumstances require it, and will provide reasonable notice when doing so.
4. User Responsibilities
- Attend sessions punctually and engage in good faith
- Treat other participants and educators with respect
- Keep session materials for personal use only โ do not reproduce or redistribute
- Provide accurate information when registering or completing contact forms
- Notify us promptly if your circumstances change and you are unable to attend
5. Program Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment
Your place in a program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Enrolments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to close enrolments once a group reaches its maximum capacity.
Fees
All program fees are stated in Thai Baht (เธฟ) and include all session materials. Fees do not include travel or accommodation. Current prices are available on our Solutions page and are confirmed at the time of enrolment.
Payment
Payment details are provided upon registration. Payment is due before the program start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and will issue a receipt upon confirmation of payment.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your enrolment, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may be offered a credit toward a future program at our discretion. We do not offer refunds after a program has commenced.
6. Intellectual Property
All educational content, materials, program structures, and website content created by Manee Aran are our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the materials you receive as a program participant, for your own private learning only. Reproduction, sharing, or commercial use of our content is prohibited without written permission.
7. Disclaimer
Manee Aran provides financial education, not financial advice. Nothing shared in our programs or on our website constitutes regulated financial advice, tax advice, or legal guidance. We encourage participants to consult qualified professionals for decisions specific to their circumstances. All educational content is provided in good faith, but we make no representations regarding outcomes or results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Manee Aran's liability for any claim arising from participation in our programs or use of our website is limited to the fee paid for the relevant program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
9. Confidentiality
We understand that financial discussions are personal. Information shared by participants within sessions is treated as confidential by our educators and will not be disclosed to other participants or third parties. Participant data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the group environment. In such cases, no refund will be provided. We may also terminate access to our website for misuse or violation of these terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or enrolment in our programs after such changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at this page with the date of last update.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. We encourage participants to raise concerns with us directly before pursuing formal proceedings.
