Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Some things people often ask before getting started.
Who are these programs designed for?
Each program has been shaped specifically for adults aged 40 and above living or working in Thailand. Whether you are mid-career, approaching retirement, or simply at a life stage where financial clarity feels more important, these programs offer grounded, relevant guidance.
Do I need any prior financial knowledge?
Not at all. Our programs begin from a comfortable starting point and build understanding gradually. Many participants arrive with limited formal knowledge and find that this approach suits them well. Educators speak plainly and welcome all questions.
Are sessions held in English or Thai?
Sessions are conducted in English, with Thai terminology introduced where it is relevant — particularly for credit systems, tax rules, and provident fund structures specific to Thailand. Participants who are more comfortable in Thai are welcome to ask questions in either language.
How large are the groups?
We keep groups small — typically between four and ten participants. This allows for genuine conversation, relevant examples, and the space to ask questions without feeling rushed or overlooked.
What is the payment and cancellation process?
Payment is arranged directly with our team after confirming your place. If your plans change, please contact us as early as possible — we handle each situation with flexibility and understanding. Full details are shared on registration.
Where do sessions take place?
All programs are held at our space on Phra Sing Road in the Mueang district of Chiang Mai — a calm, comfortable venue a short distance from the Old City. Directions and parking guidance are shared upon confirmation.
Can couples attend the same session in the Couples program?
Yes — in fact, attending together is the heart of the Couples Financial Alignment program. Sessions include facilitated partner discussions designed to encourage open, constructive conversation. Both partners attend all five sessions together.
